Tennis Fitness Package 2010

We offer three types of tennis fitness packages to our participants.
  1. Private Tennis Fitness Package
  2. Semi-private Tennis Fitness Package
  3. Small group Tennis Fitness Package

All fitness packages are developed based on the Tennis Canada and ITF physical development for tennis players guidelines. Each package consists of: three assessments and personalized tennis fitness training (e.g., age appropriate) in a safe and fun environment to better on court performance; consultation with the tennis trainer and the fitness coach; journal; variety of training including but not limited to endurance, strength, agility training, etc.
