We offer three types of tennis fitness packages to our participants.
- Private Tennis Fitness Package
- Semi-private Tennis Fitness Package
- Small group Tennis Fitness Package
All fitness packages are developed based on the Tennis Canada and ITF physical development for tennis players guidelines. Each package consists of: three assessments and personalized tennis fitness training (e.g., age appropriate) in a safe and fun environment to better on court performance; consultation with the tennis trainer and the fitness coach; journal; variety of training including but not limited to endurance, strength, agility training, etc.
